I was born in Mexico City. I am a Cultural Manager, and I have been living in Barcelona since 2008. I am a passionate of Mexican folk art and culture. They are my main sources of inspiration for my papier-mâché sculptures as well as my drawings and engravings.
I make Day of the Dead skulls and skeletons, fantasy monsters, and papier-mâché characters and animals. Of late I have turned to linoleum engraving and photoembroidery.
In addition, I write, illustrate and publish the online cultural magazine Raíces al aire.
